Before the glitz and glamour of the modern world, there was the land and the harvest.
Cook It Raw Alberta will be ramping up in October with the arrival of International culinary luminaries from around the globe. Before that, and months ago, some of Alberta’s top chefs gathered in Lac La Biche (northern Alberta), to connect and reconnect with the land. Joined by the Cook It Raw team, the chefs began exploring the cultural history of Alberta and its terroir. This conversation blossomed into the program that is Cook It Raw Alberta.
Captured by Kevin Kossowan of Story Chaser Productions, the video documentary of Cook It Raw Alberta follows the journey of these chefs throughout the gathering in Lac La Biche, and through to the final dish of the last event.
