Start the evening off in the serene setting of Willow Lane Barn - welcomed with a signature cocktail and an array of hors d’oeuvres made with the finest local ingredients. The 50 seat cozy dinner created by a team of local chefs will consist of 6 courses all thoughtfully paired with locally crafted beer, wine and spirits - everything served throughout the dinner will be grown/raised locally by responsible farms/farmers - and of course - in season. Live music and a bonfire will add to the ambiance of the evening - celebrating the season and supply of Alberta harvest.

Witness the transformation as TELUS World of Science Edmonton (TWOSE) becomes Edmonton’s largest food and drink laboratory for our annual LUMEN Fundraising Gala.Enjoy unique bar stations hosted by dynamic and entertaining mixologists! Then, treat your taste buds to delicious food pairings, featuring molecular gastronomy from local talent. And of course, the TWOSE Twist! You’ll enjoy a variety of special cocktail-inspired science activities and memorable hands-on science demonstrations hosted by TWOSEs own scientists. LUMEN is an annual Fundraising Gala to support science education in our community.
Culinary Labs is a four-part series brought to Edmonton by local chef David Leeder and Edmonton Economic Development. We have invited five Canadian chefs to come together in one of downtown Edmonton’s newest towers, to cook never-before-seen dishes. Sitting with 150 friends, new and familiar, you’ll commemorate this momentous year in an unforgettable way.
Taste of Markerville is a country food fair designed to highlight great local food, farmers and community with four linked components: Noon - 4 PM- feature barbecue at the Markerville Creamery showcasing a simple, locally sourced menu prepared and served by community volunteers andSpruce View Country Market moves to Markerville for the afternoon with booths and displays all over Historic Markerville4 - 6 PM- Appy Hour offers visitors an opportunity to sample great local appetizers and beverages in the Creamery Courtyard6 PM- a unique chef-created Long Table Dinner for 120 people on Main Street in front of Fensala Hall.
