Food Water Wellness Foundation and Fallentimber Meadery will be hosting Rootstock: A Field to Table Event insupport of the Alberta Ecological Agriculture Portal. Taking place on August 13th, 2016, at 5pm, it will showcase of local food, drink and music, featuring Chef David Cousineau, and music by Reuben and the Dark.
In the Water Valley foothills will be a dinner featuring Alberta’s culinary finest crafted from locally grown ingredients with guests immersed in the fields of Fallentimber Meadery. The four course meal will be designed by David Cousineau from the Bison, Banff served in a tent furnished with a country chic mix of white tablecloths, reclaimed china, mason jars, fresh flowers and candles.
