Back 40 Organics Ltd. was established in 1999. I have been farming for 37 years. Of the 37 years my farm has been certified for 23 years. Our farm is 100% certified organic. We live on my grandfathers homestead. Over the years we have planted many different crops, but now focus on Red Fife Wheat, Emmer, Peas, Rye and a more modern wheat variety.
