Join the Edmonton and Area Land Trust for our 3rd annual fundraiser dinner, Nature’s Nourishment. This five course gourmet meal is crafted from local foods, many straight off the farm where the event is hosted! Each course is paired with a unique wine. Tickets include a tax receipt for proceeds that support natural area conservation in the YEG region.

Not only is it hosted on a local farm, with totally fresh produce (gathered that day!) but the Executive Chef is Blair Lebsack of RGE RD – both he and his restaurant are multiple award winners in AB and in Canada. And what makes this event particularly unique, is that since we are a nature conservancy, Chef Lebsack arranges to gather some of the ingredients from the wild, as would have happened before formal agriculture started in Alberta.

Funds raised from this event will assist the Edmonton and Area Land Trust in securing and stewarding land in the Edmonton region. And not just any land, but the most precious kind – natural areas that provide immeasurable benefit to all.
