NEW ALBERTA CULINARY TOUR TO CAMROSE AND PROVOST

You’re invited as Chef Gail Hall partners with Eat East of Edmonton to continue her discovery of Alberta’s food landscape. Here’s what’s in store: start off in Edmonton at the City Market on 104 Street to see vendors of some of the local farms we’ll visit en route to Camrose and Provost and back to Edmonton. Along the way, we’ll taste local cheese, honey and pork. We’ll visit Bodo, an archeological site where bison were hunted communally for thousands of years; overnight in Provost and continue the culinary journey returning Sunday afternoon. Meals include Saturday lunch in Camrose, bison dinner at Bodo and Sunday brunch in Sedgewick. Transportation and accommodation are included in the tour price.
