This summer, we’re asking people from across the province to tell us what they think is unique to Alberta food culture. Throughout the summer, we’ll post 5 thematic questions pertaining to Alberta gastronomy to post on. Each week, we’ll pick the best post and repost it as well as award one spot at the Cook It Raw Final Dinner in Calgary, where internationally renowned chefs will join forces with the top culinary talent in Alberta to create 7 iconic dishes based on locally sourced ingredients.
