Chef Todd Lindsay’s passion for food and cooking started at a young age, always experimenting in the kitchen, reading cookbooks, and working with other chefs. He is a Red Seal Chef and Culinary Arts graduate from NAIT, where he was a member of the culinary team that competed and won various local, national, and international competitions. Following graduation, he cooked in the UK for two years at top restaurant Lumiere, all while exploring and eating his way around Europe.

Returning to Canada, he was the Chef/Owner of Devine Restaurant for 3 years, before moving on to become the Chef and Co-Owner of Skinny’s Smoke House right here in Medicine Hat.

Chef Todd has also been a competitor in the professional competition at the Sunshine Skillet Food Festival, earning the runner-up spot in 2013, and taking home the title of Champion in 2014.
