Poplar Bluff Organics (formerly known as Poplar Bluff Farm) has been producing organic vegetables for over 25 years. Poplar Bluff’s soil and climate are ideal for potatoes and Poplar Bluff has specialized in growing types that are chosen by chefs wanting cooking qualities not found elsewhere.
