Nestled in the gorgeous Canadian Rockies, Banff National Park is one of the most popular tourist destination in Alberta. The Park’s breathtaking mountains, lakes, and hot springs draw plenty of tourists every summer. Now, the park is adding another tantalizing attraction to its repertoire: Park Distillery Restaurant & Bar, which is quickly developing a reputation for its campfire-themed food and delicious, hand-distilled spirits.
The distillery sources all of its ingredients from within 100 miles of Banff. Its water is glacier-fed and mineral-enriched; its grains, harvested from Alberta family farms. Each batch is hand-milled, hand-mashed, and hand-distilled to preserve the integrity of each flavour—and the result is the purest, most Albertan taste possible. The distillery’s tasty selection of cocktails, beer, and wine pair perfectly with the wood-fired, spit-roasted creations that emerge from the restaurant’s kitchen.
