Chef Danielle Job is currently the Executive Chef and Café Sales Manager at Holts Café Downtown, and is loving it! At 29, she has been working in the industry for 9 years, having graduated from the NAIT Culinary Arts program in 2010. A vegetarian for 15 years, she teaches vegan and vegetarian Continuing Education classes at NAIT. She has been in Canada for 11 years when she met her husband and decided to stay.
Danielle found her love for cooking at a very young age, but had never considered it as a career until cooking more for family and friends kicked the door wide open. She has never looked back. A huge fan of knowledge sharing among chefs, Danielle welcomes any opportunity to learn and challenge herself daily.
