A partnership between the restaurant and 12 Acres Farm in Pickardville, Alberta; 12 Acres Restaurant is a true Pasture to Plate concept which is dedicated to achieving as close to 100% self-sustainability as possible, as well as producing nearly everything (cheeses being the only exception) in house from scratch.
