Benjamin Cherrett is a talented young chef hailing from Medicine Hat, Alberta. He began his journey in the food industry at a young age as banquet staff. 12 years later, he has created a respectable name for himself as a chef with plenty of experience under his belt. He has been head chef of Earls Medicine Hat and was the head chef upon the opening of Local Public Eatery Medicine Hat. Currently, he is the Chef of Connaught Golf Course and is constantly seeking out inspiration through participating in local cooking competitions and events in his community.
